What are cookies?

Pursuant to the aforementioned Art. 122, para. 1, of the Privacy Code, the use of technical cookies does not require user consent.
So-called analytics cookies are assimilated to technical cookies if used directly by the site operator to collect aggregate information on the number of users and how they visit the site itself. These cookies allow website owners and/or operators to understand how users interact with site content for optimization purposes.
Profiling cookies are used, instead, to track the user’s navigation, analyze their behavior for marketing purposes and create profiles on their tastes, habits, choices, etc., in order to transmit targeted advertising messages in relation to the user’s interests and in line with the preferences expressed by them during online navigation.
